As I discovered again, Atlanta Care Care did what was needed to be done and charged fairly for only what needed to be done. I found them personable, competent, and most important, honest. This is my 3rd visit (only 2nd visit during which work was done - on the 2nd visit they referred me out rather than keeping me there just to get the business). I have already made my 4th visit appointment for work. I've been in Atlanta only a relatively short time and I'm glad I found John and his crew!

This place is great! Was able to take my car in last minute on a Saturday with no wait time. Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. As someone that doesn't know much about cars, it's important I find a place I can trust is not trying to scam more money out of me. So glad I found this place (and Frank!) and can't imagine taking my car anywhere else.

Great service! I found Atlanta Car Care through through RepairPal where I was able to book an appointment and get a quote. I had previously taken my vehicle to a dealership and got a fairly pricey quote. The quote including the same repairs from Atlanta Car Care was nearly $1000 cheaper. When I dropped the car off, they indicated they wanted to taking the car for a short drive to confirm all of the dealer's recommended repairs actually needed to be made at all. Atlanta Car Care called me back in the afternoon and told me that some of the repairs weren't even necessary at this time. They were able to do quite a lot of work: replaced wheel bearings in both front wheels, flushed and replaced transmission fluid, flushed and replaced cooling fluid, wheel alignment, and even replaced my back left blinker light. Despite having to pay the dealer for diagnostics, my total savings over the original dealership estimate (removing one repair item and adding the tail light replacement) was still over $1200! The two people I dealt with, Frank and John, were both helpful and polite in getting me the information I needed throughout the process. I don't look forward to needing more car repairs, but when I do I will definitely look to use Atlanta Car Care when the time comes.
