Fast service with care

I normally go to the dealership for maintenance but finally decided to give this place a try. I’m very glad I did! They were able to get me in and do the job very quickly for half the cost of the dealership! All while being professional and courteous. I’ve found my new go to mechanic!

My alternator and battery died out on me while going thru treatment which caused unwanted stress on me during a time where recovery should be top priority. Carmax thankfully had this company within its network of authorized service providers. During the later time-line of Covid-19, many service shops were backed up and wouldn't be able to look at my Chrysler 300s until after the weekend. My car was towed to the location Friday (I was told it would probably be Monday before its fixed, however they will diagnostics test and see whats wrong) and my car ended up being fixed by Saturday afternoon. Such a significant relief to have come across this company during a time of need. God bless all the workers for putting in the work during this virus.

We have been going to Atlanta Car Care for many years. John and his crew are honest, reasonably priced, and provide great service. We won't go anywhere else.

John and his team are amazing. They wore masks anytime they're around customers and sanitized my car and keys before giving them back. I'm always wary of mechanics. I'm a woman and I know nothing about cars, so I feel like there's a target on my forehead when I need car work done. But John explained what was wrong with my car in terms I could understand. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic who charges fair prices, take your car to Atlanta Car Care.

John and the folks at ATL Car Care were wonderful to work with, and I would recommend them to a friend for sure. It’s stressful enough navigating car issues, let alone finding a trustworthy place to take your car. John was friendly, very fast, explained everything thoroughly to me, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. He even followed up a few days later to check on my car. Edit to add: they were also incredibly careful and mindful of all COVID-19 precautions (masks, sanitization of contact parts of your car and keys, etc.) Definitely another plus!
