Auto Repair IN ATLANTA

Anyone who has attempted to get their car repaired in Atlanta c.2021 has likely experienced major challenges; most shops are booked out, backed up, and struggling to get parts. Atlanta Car Care was open and honest with service times/potential delays, but was able to get my car diagnosed the day I dropped it off and serviced the following day. Granted my service did not require difficult to source parts, but I was impressed with the efficiency, communication, and professionalism. Price was fair given the work that needed to be done and in spite of the local demand. I was also contacted by the shop several days later to check in that I was satisfied with the service and no new issues arose. Great customer service. I will absolutely return with my vehicle and recommend them to others.

I came in on a very busy day and they still managed to have my car fixed in just a few hours. John was extremely helpful, and thoroughly answered all questions and concerns I had about my car.

We all know how mechanic shops will occasionally try to rip us off. I know enough about cars to be dangerous and when a shop tells me something that I know is not true I never go back, but I must say that this place is a breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend this place. 👍🏽

After taking my car to get checked days before (at another shop), stating I thought my battery was going out, i was told that wasn’t the problem. Few days later my car wouldn’t start. I called around the city and Atlanta Auto Care were the only ones who answered. John was great. After I brought my car in stating one issues was wrong, he quickly gave me a call and explained exactly the issue (saving me hundreds of dollars) on what I thought I was going to pay. Super professional and had my car ready the following day. I appreciate the service so much.

John was very helpful and timely when I was in need of brake repair, finishing up the job within a day. Prices are also fair. Would recommend to anyone in north Atlanta area in need of car service.

As someone that knows nothing about cars, I was panicking when my “service power steering” notification came on. Called two places that told me it would be over $100 just to look at. Called this place, John answered and gave me a thorough answer on what to do. I appreciate his honesty & direct information. I plan to use this company going forward for all my car needs!!
