John was extremely professional and helpful. The transmission in my Nissan Sentra blew and he was able to provide a quote for the service needed the same day. He was very courteous and allowed me keep the Sentra at his lot while I made a decision and allowed me to take my time in deciding what I wanted to do. He was very responsive when I had questions and made the experience easy and enjoyable.
