I came here for an oil change but this place was backed up on work. I will not penalize a company for having a lot of customers. It is best to call ahead and set an appointment. Also, this place has a sign up front that says "Be prepared to leave your car here for hours".

Kevin, you’re correct we do require all vehicles be dropped off for service. This is because we stay busy and can’t drop what we are doing at the moment to start work on a new job. We have to have time to get the current work completed and then move onto the next vehicle in queue. We appreciate your patronage and thank you for sharing your thoughts and observations.

John saw me on short notice on the only day off I had that week. Even though he was extremely busy, he was able to fix my car same day and very timely. I will be taking my car here from now on because of the excellent service I was shown that day.
