I’ve used Atlanta Car Care since approx 2012 with several cars our family members have owned. I moved from CA where I had years experience with car repair shops. So moving as a single woman, I was concerned about finding an experienced and honest repair shop. The owner, John, and his staff have ALWAYS treated me respectfully and have ALWAYS provided A-1 service with transparency and honesty. So I highly recommend Atlanta Car Care!

I really appreciate how quickly they repaired my care. The customer service was top notch and John was amazing. They also we’re significantly more affordable than Tires Plus. 10/10 recommend.

Straight forward and willing to answer questions.

Oil change and tire rotation love that they check things I’m concerned about and reassured me that everything was great. They never try to update me or pressure, but they alert me about work that will need to be done in the future so that I can plan ahead.

John did a phenomenal job at accommodating me at the last minute. Although he was overwhelmed and had a long day, he was still very polite and straightforward; which I appreciate. Thank you guys!

John was absolutely amazing. When I called about the issue I was having with my window, he said they would try to fit me in that morning and they did. I’m so thankful they were able to fix my car the exact same day. If you go, just be mindful that they do not have sitting on the inside, so please have a way to your next destination (there is a Marta bus stop within walking distance).
