I brought my 2001 Dodge Dakota to Atlanta Car Care for two reasons: 1) My truck would not start even after replacing the battery, and 2) This establishment received glowing reviews. I am here to add another glowing review. Mark was the one who first took my truck on a Friday morning and told me he would get back to me later that day. A few hours later, he called me to explain everything that was wrong with my truck and all that would need to be done to fix it. He told me how much it would cost and that he would have it ready the next day. True to his word, my truck was ready the next day and I picked it up from Frank that Saturday afternoon. The cost I was quoted was exact; not a penny more or less. Additionally, having the truck ready within 24 hours was a pleasant surprise. If you need any kind of work on your vehicle, take my advice: Skip Pep Boys and go to Atlanta Car Care!

Overall, I was pleased with the service at Atlanta Car Care. The technicians took the time to replace a faulty o-ring, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived I was told the oil change would take 30 minutes and it ended up taking an hour and a half. Had I known it would take this long I would have gone to eat instead of sitting there. When I voiced my concern I was told: "All I can give you is the information I have at the time." Understandable, but for a company that has a sign that says "tell us if you're unhappy and we will make it right" sitting in their office I was NOT impressed with this response.
